About The Event
Appliqué is ornamental needlework in which pieces or patches of fabric in different shapes and patterns are sewn or stuck onto a larger piece to form a picture or pattern. It is commonly used as decoration, especially on clothing or household accessories. It is also a great way to mend favourite garments to extend their life! If you would like to learn more and practice some applique techniques then this is the workshop for you! The applique techniques you will learn are raw edge applique, 3D applique and needle turn applique.
