INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
It is very important you enter your full address correctly at the time of ordering. This is the responsbililty of the customer. Please review your address upon opening a store account or ordering. Should you notice on your receipt that you have mis-spelled or included incorrect details, please contact us immediately as once goods are despatched, we cannot be responsible for errors made on your address.
Our address labelling is automated and cannot pick up on errors or omissions.
Orders shall not be resent /refunded/cancelled should an address error be made.
* We will not be responsible for missing items should you give postal instruction other than your own address such as "if not in, leave in porch" or "leave with neighbour" or instructions of a similar nature.
We aim to despatch your order the same business day (Monday to Friday) where orders are received prior to 10:00 (GMT). This service is subject to order volume, product availability, and weight and/or size restrictions on some products.
We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Rep. of Ireland Public Holidays.
Orders for large selections of fabric cut to order may take longer to process. For these orders, please allow 1-2 days for processing, plus standard delivery times depending on the final destination.
It is important that you provide an email address AND telephone number so that we can contact you when necessary to discuss delivery of your order.

It is standard practice to include your telephone number on the parcel so that the delivery person can contact you if necessary to ensure every opportunity is made to make the delivery.

DELIVERY METHOD OPTIONS
All Orders are shipped via the Republic of Ireland. Smaller items are sent by standard An Post delivery without tracking, larger orders and bulky items are shipped via courier service and these deliveries are tracked and you will be sent the tracking number. We can register your order for an additional cost, to be advised. Please include a message with your order if you want to use Registered Post, which may require you to sign for the parcel. We will then request the extra cost depending on parcel weight and country of destination. Finally you may be eligible for FREE DELIVERY if your order value is above a certain threshold.
We endeavour to keep postage costs to a minimum so will always choose the lightest materials we can when shipping your order, whilst still protecting your package so that it arrives at it's destination in perfect condition.

In most cases, the standard delivery charge shown at checkout will be sufficient. However, we do reserve the right to revise the postage cost on unusually bulky or heavy orders. In these rare cases we will contact you and advise you of any extra postage costs. You will then have the option to email us declining payment of the shipping cost and receive a full refund on your goods, or accept and pay the additional shipping cost. If you accept, we will raise a PayPal Invoice for the additional cost. Once we receive payment of the shipping cost invoice, your order will be shipped. Please be aware that we subsidise the delivery charges on the value of your order to make it more affordable.
DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS
Under EU Law, we have up to 30 days from purchase date to deliver your order to an EU address, unless a shorter delivery time has been agreed by both parties.
Delayed Packages could be due to a slow transit country or when there is unusually high demand on the postal service. This can vary according to customs and post office policies in each country. We always get a certificate of posting when shipping your order.
Over 99% of our parcels reach their destination, even when they are delayed by events outside our control (e.g. see Force Majeure delays in Terms and Conditions). In the unfortunate event that a parcel does not arrive by it's expected delivery time and you believe the parcel is missing, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue.
For Standard Post deliveries, we do not have the option to track the delayed or missing package.
Please note: we cannot send out a repeat order/refund until we retrieve the missing item.
Packages which are genuinely lost in transit are outside our control once we have a valid certificate of posting.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns and Cancellation Policy on Purchases
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return an item to us within the cooling-off period. Please return within 14 days of receipt. It must be in its original condition and returned to us at our address shown on the contact page. Please call us or email us to let us know that you are returning your item.
We also recommend that you receive a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery. We cannot accept returns of fabric cut to your specific requirements, as these are deemed to be 'Customised' products under EU law.
We will issue a full refund less the full cost of postage and packing, which would have been subsidised against the value of goods in your order originally. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective and therefore postage and packaging charges are refundable. If we have to collect an item for you we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please call or email us if you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective, and we will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us (either via a personalised pre-paid envelope and return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). We check all items returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.
